MGS: Peace Walker coming out June 17 in EMEA ميتل جير سوليد: بيس ووكر تصدر في 17 يونيو

Konami has confirmed that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker – Hideo Kojima’s next installment in the Metal Gear Solid series – will arrive on June 17th, 2010 in Europe, Middle East and Africa, while arriving earlier in North America on June 8th, 2010. Series creator Hideo Kojima has crafted MGS: Peace Walker as the next true chapter in the story of legendary special ops expert, Snake (AKA Big Boss), and acts as a direct sequel to the previously released MGS3: Snake Eater. Developed specifically for the PSP, PEACE WALKER is set in 1974 towards the end of the cold war and boasts an all-new story penned by Hideo Kojima, where he drops the player into a series of hostile scenarios, as a terrible plan for world domination is revealed.

Nintendo DS2 rumors thrive إشاعات حول خليفة نينتيندو دي اس

Raymond Padilla from rpad.tv, went to GDC with many missions in mind, most interesting of them was to unearth whatever is there to be known about the upcoming successor to the NDS, or what is called ‘DS2′ for now, until an official name is announced. Raymond questioned many developers and he reached a conclusion that the ‘DS2′ will again have dual screens, but this time around they shall be bigger, offering higher resolution, and they will be more closer to each other, so that they can be used as one!

Microsoft Games unite the WinPho 7, Xbox & PC ألعاب مايكروسوفت توحد أجهزة “وين فو7″، “اكس بوكس، و الحاسوب الشخصي

Held in the Middle East (Dubai, UAE) for the first time, Microsoft’s premier technical education and networking conference; TechEd Middle East, took place last week. Presented by a big line-up of Microsoft team members and experts, amongst whom was Eric Rudder, the Senior Vice President of Technical Strategy, who showed off a game (a simple Indiana Jones platformer) developed in Visual Studio as a singular project with 90 per cent shared code between the three platforms.

[Review] Puzzle Chronicles تقرير لعبة بزل كرونكلز

Puzzle RPG seems to be the new trend nowadays on handheld gaming devices, but when we saw a puzzle RPG published by Konami and coming from the puzzle RPG creators, we were thrilled to load it up and give it a try. The developers, Infinitive Interactive (of Puzzle Quest), worked hard on coming up with an intriguing storyline, full of twists, side quests and RPG gameplay elements, but alas the end result is not that good. They managed to enhance the usual colour-matching falling blocks (or gems) mechanics, but after some time you can’t help but feel the shortcomings of such a formula.

Toy Story 3: The Video Game announced إعلان العمل على لعبة توي ستوري الثالثة

Here’s the low down before the Press Release which is after the jump. The game is being developed by Avalanche Software for all current-gen platforms including handhelds, and another game just for mobile phones later on. There will also be an iphone app which ties-in to the movie.

The game has two separate modes: the Story Mode will have open-world gameplay and the Toy Box mode lets users create their own adventures. The sandbox environment for the Story Mode makes perfect sense, while the Toy Box mode is yet to be revealed in much detail, although we think it involves user generated levels. The game’s out on June 15th; we’ll have more info as the updates roll in.

Q3 2010 Financials: Japanese win النتائج المالية للربع الثالث من 2010: اليابانيون يربحون

To date, most of the big name publishers around the world have announced their 3rd quarter results for financial year 2010. While most companies like to print out big slides, flaunting their sales figures and minimizing their losses, I decided to take a closer look behind all the PR and inflated numbers.

Ubisoft to launch a new Driver game يوبيسوفت ستطلق لعبة درايفر جديدة

Ubisoft has announced many great new titles in its Q3 fiscal year report, like Assassin’s Creed 3 coming out this fall, staring Ezio as he fights the Templars in Rome this time. AC3 will feature a new innovative assassination multiplayer mode, but we will wait to get more details about that.

Most important thing is that Ubisoft will stick to regularly launching a new release of its major franchises every year, without worrying about “franchise fatigue”! Finally, AC2 managed to sell 8 million copies worldwide, simultaneously boosting the sales of the first Assassin’s Creed.
