The National writes about ‘The Dubai Game’ صحيفة إماراتية تكتب مقالاً عن لعبة دبي

Right after 2K Games unveiled the fist trailer for its coming title: Spec Ops: The Line, which takes place in a war-ravaged futuristic Dubai, with scenes showing dangling hanged bodies, and the game was dubbed by one Dubai gamer as The Dubai Game. The National, one of Abdu Dhabi’s major daily newspapers, published an article today discussing the possible future of this game, and whether its plot and twists will be approved by the local authorities, or would it be banned in UAE.  The journalist did his best and contacted many related parties, but the final verdict is still pending the game’s release, till then, no one can tell whether ‘The Dubai Game’ will banned in Dubai or not. صحيفة إماراتية تكتب مقالاً عن “لعبة دبي”

بعد أن أطلقت شركة 2K Games أول فيلم قصير عن لعبتها القادمة Spec Ops: The line، والتي تدور أحداثها في مدينة دبي التي تمزقها حرب مستقبلية وبمقاطع تظهر مجموعة أجساد بشرية مشنوقة في الطرقات، بدأ اللاعبون يتناقلون أخبار “لعبة دبي”، ومن هنا فقد تناولت صحيفة The National أحد أهم صحف أبو ظبي اليومية هذا الموضوع ونشرت مقالاً تناقش فيه مستقبل هذه اللعبة، وفيما إن كانت السلطات في الإمارات ستوافق على قصة وحبكة اللعبة أم أنها ستتعرض للمنع في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. لقد بذل كاتب المقال جهده في هذا الموضوع واتصل بكل من له علاقة بالأمر ومن مختلف الأطراف غير أن الحكم النهائي لن يتم إطلاقه قبل إصدار اللعبة الى الأسواق، حتى ذلك الوقت لا يستطيع أحد أن يتنبأ فيما إن كانت “لعبة دبي” ستكون في دبي، أم سيتم منعها. اقرأ المقال الكامل من هنا
